Bradley Creek Screened Porch

In this project we enclosed a portion of a wrap around porch with large format screening and added two screened doors.

Our clients wanted to use their porch in the summertime without having to deal with summertime pests. They wanted this while preserving views of their wooded and secluded property. We were able to achieve this through the use of large format screening to create a sleek yet durable screened porch.

In order to screen in the porch we need to add some structural framing to attach the screening and doors to. We also added a chair rail and supports around the porch area to protect the screens because the screens are so large they have a tendency to blend in with the surroundings. This is why we chose them but without the chair rails someone might accidentally try to walk through them!

We color matched all of the new framing to match the existing framing for a seamless look, like it was there from the very beginning.
